The Bad
Since acquiring my disability it’s been like the Wild West when it comes to work. It started with how not to do it, before being shown that some people can get it right without any effort.
When I became disabled I was discriminated against. There are no other words for it.
Everyone was given the choice to come back to work from furlough apart from me. Those who chose not to come back from furlough would not receive full salary.
